It allows you to upload bulk images, links, and text campaigns via CSV files to be posted on specified social media.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Today, you\u2019re going to see how to deal with Post Planner and make campaigns using CSV file upload. First of all, take a look at how the CSV file should be formatted with data.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The CSV file has to have 4 header fields with the exact name as the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>campaign_name<\/strong>, <strong>campaign_type<\/strong>, <strong>message<\/strong>, and <strong>source<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>These are the required header fields. The values for the <strong>campaign_name<\/strong> field may be optional. But you have to put values for the <strong>campaign_type<\/strong> and <strong>message<\/strong> fields.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>campaign_type<\/strong> must be one of three types:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>text<\/strong>, <strong>image<\/strong>, or <strong>link<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The values for the <strong>source<\/strong> field may be optional, but we recommend you <strong>provide values<\/strong> for the <strong>source <\/strong>header field, <strong>especially for<\/strong> <strong>image<\/strong> and <strong>link<\/strong> campaign types.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_divider color=&#8221;#006AFF&#8221; divider_position=&#8221;center&#8221; divider_weight=&#8221;4px&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.3&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; locked=&#8221;off&#8221;][\/et_pb_divider][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"bulk-planner-works\">How it Works<\/h3>\n<p>To do this, <strong>login to your dashboard<\/strong> then find out the <strong>Social Media Management menu<\/strong> from the left-side menu box and click on that menu. Now under it select <strong>Bulk Post Planner<\/strong>. Then you will see the Facebook Poster and Social Menu. Find out the <strong>Bulk Post Planner<\/strong> module navigating box under the <strong>Social Poster<\/strong> section and click on the <strong>Campaign list<\/strong>:[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/messengerbot.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/1.Bulk-Post-Planner.png&#8221; title_text=&#8221;1.Bulk Post Planner&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221;][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><span>This will take you to the following interface. Read the information about how the data in the <strong>CSV file<\/strong> should be formatted. To get the idea, you could <strong>download the sample.csv<\/strong> file. Click on the <strong>Automatic button<\/strong>. It will hide the data table and pop up another interface by which you can set up <strong>start-date, post-time-range, post-interval, day-off, and repost<\/strong>. The <strong>start-datatime tells<\/strong> on which date you want the system to start posting on social media. By setting up a <strong>post-time range<\/strong> you tell the system to post on social media between <strong>two specified times<\/strong> of each day except those days that are off. The <strong>post-interval<\/strong> tells how often you want to post on social media. The <strong>day-off<\/strong> tells the system not to post on the specified day(s). And the last one is the <strong>Repost<\/strong>, this is for how many you want to repost each post again. Once you\u2019ve set up all the settings, click on the button below called <strong>Next<\/strong>. It is located under the <strong>Schedule Settings<\/strong> section of that page.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/messengerbot.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/5.Bulk-Post-Planner.png&#8221; title_text=&#8221;5.Bulk Post Planner&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221;][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>By clicking on the <strong>Next<\/strong> button, you will get a modal that will tell you to input <strong>timezone and social media settings<\/strong>. If you\u2019ve imported <strong>social media accounts<\/strong>, then those media will be available via <strong>dropdowns on the modal<\/strong>. Click on the marked select boxes to see them and select your needs. <span>Once you\u2019re done with the setup, you can create campaigns. Now you can <strong>navigate<\/strong> to those <strong>campaigns<\/strong> created just now <strong>by clicking on them one by one<\/strong>. This will open up <strong>date-time fields<\/strong> on the <strong>right side <\/strong>of the data table for each campaign.
