A Get started settings screen will appear, you can perform the following steps to enable your settings:

1. Selecione seu get started button status.
2. Forneça um Welcome message. You can edit your get started message reply by selecting the Edit get started message reply button from the bottom of the message field.
3. You can provide a frequently asked question as well in the Ice breakers section. At first, you change its status.
4. Once enabled, type a question along with a reply in the Question block.
5. Selecione Salvar para prosseguir.

Configurações gerais

Selecione Configurações gerais option from the menu then select alterar configurações.

A General settings screen will appear, you can perform the following steps to enable your settings:

1. Select your mark as seen status.
2. Selecione o respective integration com base em seus requisitos.
3. Once you select an integration e.g. SMS integration a dropdown menu will appear, select the option you want to choose.
4. You can also add a new API by selecting the New API option against each integration’s settings.
5. Selecione Salvar para prosseguir.

Configurações do botão de ação

Selecione o Configurações do botão de ação option from the menu then select alterar configurações.

A list of different template options will appear. Select the template you want to choose then adjust its settings by providing:

1. The tipo of the reply.
2. Forneça sua mensagem.
3. If there exists, provide a reply delay option as well.
4. If there exists, a typing on display then turn it to ON or OFF based on your requirement.
5. If there exists a botão, then adjust its text and type as well.

Configurações do menu persistente

Selecione o Configurações do menu persistente opção no menu, em seguida selecione alterar configurações.

A list of locales will appear on the screen. To perform different actions on a locale, select the  option against the locale you want to perform actions on.

The following are the actions that can be performed:

• Edit persistent menu: make changes in the persistent menu settings
• Delete persistent menu

Create persistent menu

You can create a persistent menu by following the steps given below:

1. Selecione do canto superior direito da tela.
2. Forneça Locale informações.
3. Provide the status of composer input.
4. Forneça Menu title and web URL.
5. Selecione Enviar to create your persistent menu.

Add sequence

You can add sequence by following the steps given below:

1. Selecione do canto superior direito da tela.
2. Forneça Nome da campanha e sequence type.
3. Selecione o timer settings.
4. Selecione o páginas for which you want to apply sequence settings.
5. Selecione Criar campanha.
